Fawley Bryant, an award winning Sarasota architecture firm with offices in Bradenton and Sarasota, Florida, as well as Durango, Colorado and Townsend, Tennessee. The Florida practice covers all of Southwest Florida including the communities Bradenton, Sarasota, Lakewood Ranch, Tampa, St. Petersburg, Punta Gorda, Port Charlotte, Ft. Myers and Naples. The company originally began in 1985 when the current partners practice architecture as sole practitioners. In 1994 principals, Richard Fawley, AIA, NCARB, and Michael Bryant, NCARB, LEED A.P., combined their diverse practices to offer clients over 50 years of design experience totaling more then a half billion dollars in construction.

Their resume covers the full gambit of project scopes that range from small renovations of several thousand dollars to large institutional projects exceeding $75 million dollars for State and local government; primary, secondary and post-secondary education; materials handling and industrial processing; clubhouse, recreational and hospitality design; retail and commercial centers; medical offices; religious facilities; New Urbanism mixed-use residential commercial development; and corporate office buildings. Additionally, Fawley Bryant also offers a variety of specialized services including interior renovation and space planning; 2D and 3D presentation graphics; marketing brochures; computer renderings and animations; spatial programming and space utilization studies; and master plans and feasibility studies. Each new architect hired is required to become a LEED AP relative to supporting the firm’s philosophy of creating sustainable designs.
